FastEditor is integrated across Promidata's promotional suite: the webshop, branded brand stores, the supplier Extranet, the SynQore ERP and Sourcing. Buyers personalize products live on any surface, back-office teams generate production-ready artwork from a quote, and every order carries one consistent, print-ready file to the supplier.
A distributor sells the same branded bottle three different ways. One buyer finds it in a public webshop. Another orders through their employer's private brand store. A third places it through a supplier's own ordering platform, while the distributor's own team keys a few orders straight into the ERP. Four starting points, one product, and until recently one nagging question at every step: how does the customer's logo get onto the bottle, and who turns that into a file the printer can actually use?
That question is why FastEditor is now integrated across the full Promidata suite, as shown on the FastEditor page on Promidata. Promidata builds the commerce and back-office software that a large part of the European promotional products industry runs on, from webshops to its SynQore ERP. FastEditor is the artwork layer inside it: the editor a buyer designs in, and the engine that turns that design into a production-ready file. This article walks through where the two connect, surface by surface, and what each connection does for the people placing and fulfilling orders.

Personalization is not a feature you bolt onto one page. A promo order can begin in a lot of places: a public webshop, a closed company store, a supplier's ordering platform, or a sales rep working inside the ERP. If the logo editor only exists in one of them, every other channel falls back to email attachments, manual mockups, and a designer rebuilding files by hand.
The cost of that manual work is easy to underestimate. Across 13,773 logo uploads in the FastEditor Artwork Automation Benchmark, 85% needed at least one automated fix before they were ready to print. 61% needed vectorization and 79% needed upscaling. Do that by hand on every channel and it does not scale. Do it once, with the same engine wherever the order starts, and personalization becomes something a customer can self-serve at midnight without a designer in the loop.
So the goal of the Promidata integration is not one clever button. It is the same editor and the same file standard on every surface where an order is born.
FastEditor is live across five Promidata surfaces today. Here is what each one does.
On a Promidata Promotional Webshop, activating FastEditor puts a Design button on the product pages of linked products. The customer uploads a logo, sees it on the product in real time, and approves the preview. The personalized product goes into the cart like any other item, and when the order is placed, the production-ready file is generated and attached to the order automatically. This is the same cart to print file lifecycle that runs on a standalone FastEditor webshop, now native to the Promidata storefront.
There is also a quote flow. When an order starts as a quotation rather than a direct purchase, the customer's visual travels with the quote to the shop owner, so everyone is looking at the same design. The production-ready file is generated once the quote becomes an order, which keeps files from piling up on quotes that are still being negotiated.
A Brandstore is a closed, branded shop for a distributor's larger corporate clients. Because the ordering process is the same as a normal webshop order, FastEditor integrates the same way: the Design button, the live preview, the cart, and the production-ready file all behave exactly as they do on the public webshop, just inside the client's own look and feel. Buyers get a self-service personalization experience that matches their brand, and the distributor gets the same clean file out the other end.
Promidata's Extranet is a supplier ordering platform, essentially a supplier's own shop for its distributor customers. It works like the webshop, and the visualization inside it is FastEditor. Promoplants runs one, for example. That means a supplier can offer live, on-product personalization to the distributors buying from them, without building a configurator from scratch.
SynQore is Promidata's cloud ERP, the hub where quotes, orders, and invoices live. FastEditor is embedded in it and works together with Sourcing and the connected shop. SynQore pulls the visuals and artwork from FastEditor, so a back-office user can show the visual to a customer directly on a quotation, generate the production-ready artwork, and order it straight from the supplier. In other words, the person handling an order by phone or email gets the same personalization and file generation a self-service buyer gets on the webshop, without leaving the ERP.
Promotional Sourcing is Promidata's product search across a large supplier network. FastEditor is integrated here too, tied into the SynQore flow, so a product can be visualized as it is being found and quoted. At this stage it is visualization: the buyer or rep sees the branded result early, before the order is committed, which makes the quote more concrete and easier to say yes to.
| Promidata surface | Where the order starts | What FastEditor does there |
|---|---|---|
| Promotional Webshop | Public self-service storefront | Design button, live preview, production-ready file at order |
| Brandstore | Closed corporate brand store | Same as the webshop, inside the client's branding |
| Extranet | Supplier's own ordering platform | Live product visualization on the supplier shop |
| SynQore | ERP back office, quotes and orders | Pulls visuals and artwork, generates the file, orders at supplier |
| Sourcing | Product search and quoting | Visualization while a product is found and quoted |
The reason a single engine matters is the file at the end. Wherever the order starts, FastEditor applies the same automated checks: vectorization of low-quality uploads, minimum line thickness and font size rules, color handling, and print proof generation. The benchmark puts file accuracy at 99.95%, with specs maintained for more than 150 suppliers. A buyer on a brand store and a rep working in SynQore therefore hand the supplier the same kind of clean, production-ready output, built to that supplier's spec. No channel produces a weaker file than another.
For the distributor or platform running on Promidata, the value shows up in a few concrete ways.
Self-service on every channel. A customer can personalize a product and approve it themselves, whether they arrive through a public webshop, a corporate brand store, or a supplier's platform. That lowers the barrier to ordering and takes the back-and-forth email thread out of the picture. Seeing the logo on the product before buying also builds confidence, which is part of why visualization lifts conversion.
No manual artwork prep. The production-ready file is generated automatically at the point of order, so a designer is not rebuilding files order by order. That is the difference between a configurator preview and real artwork automation: a preview looks nice, a production file actually goes to print.
The back office is not left out. Because FastEditor lives inside SynQore, the team handling quotes and phoned-in orders generates the same artwork and orders directly from the supplier. Personalization is not stuck on the storefront while the ERP does everything by hand.
One standard, many surfaces. Since it is the same engine everywhere, a distributor does not maintain a separate personalization setup per channel. Onboard a product once and it can carry personalization across the webshop, the brand stores, the supplier shop, and the ERP.
Five surfaces today: the Promotional Webshop, Brandstore, the supplier Extranet, the SynQore ERP, and Promotional Sourcing. On each one FastEditor provides the live product visualization, and on the ordering surfaces it also generates the production-ready file.
No. In the quote flow the customer's visual is sent along with the quotation so the shop owner and the customer see the same design. The production-ready file is generated once the quote becomes an order, because quotes are often still being negotiated.
No. A Brandstore order works like a normal webshop order, so the FastEditor experience is the same: Design button, live preview, cart, and an automatic production-ready file, just inside the client's branding.
Yes. Inside SynQore, a user can show the visual on a quotation, generate the artwork, and order directly from the supplier, all without a customer placing a self-service order first.
A production-ready file built to that supplier's spec, with the same automated checks applied no matter which surface the order started on.
