Your customer uploads the logo they already have, straight from the product page. A 200px JPG pulled off a website, a screenshot, or a PNG with a white box still behind it are all accepted. There is no file spec to read and nothing to prepare first.
The logo is traced to clean vector paths, the background is stripped, and the ragged pixels around the edges are removed. Colors are counted and mapped to the supplier palette for the chosen decoration method, and hairlines that would drop out in print are flagged before anyone sees a proof.
The cleaned logo is placed inside the real print area of the chosen product, at the correct scale, position and curvature. Your customer sees the mark on the actual item instead of a flat sticker dropped onto a photo, so the branding decision is made with the finished result in front of them.
