Once, at the moment production files are requested: either someone downloads them in the Studio Tool, or your system requests them through the Sales Notification API. FastEditor then delivers both the print proof and the production file, and the fee applies once for that product. Nothing before that moment is billable.

Everything needed to produce one product: one print proof and one production file. An order for twelve mugs from one design is one charge, not twelve. A double-sided business card and a 16-page brochure are each one charge. Three different personalized products in one order is three charges.

Designs a customer starts but does not order. Abandoned carts, previews, proofs and 3D renders, unlimited. Test and staging orders. Orders canceled before files are requested. Re-downloading files already generated. A reprint months later reuses the same files at no further cost.

Never a percentage of order value. A €600 personalized order costs the same to produce as a €30 one. The Shopify App Store route bills through Shopify at 2% of the order capped at €4.00, which works out the same as the flat per-file fee.

Your plan fee plus the files you request. At 250 files a month that is €1,095 on Connect, €1,245 on Build and €3,120 on Own. At 1,000 files: €4,095, €3,495 and €4,995. Build overtakes Connect above roughly 400 files a month, Own overtakes Build above roughly 4,000. Recurring cost only, excluding VAT.

Connect has none, because it is a direct integration, so there is nothing to build. Build and Own carry a setup fee from €1,950, scoped to your platform and the depth of integration. Suppliers listing a catalog pay the fixed bands below. Resellers onboarding their own products pay a separate onboarding fee covering validation and end-to-end testing.

EUR, USD, GBP or AUD. Local prices are fixed list prices in that currency, not a live conversion, so your invoice does not move with the exchange rate. All prices exclude VAT and local sales tax. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.

Nothing breaks. No monthly caps, no overage penalties, no blocked files, so a peak season simply produces more files at your plan's rate. You can move between Connect, Build and Own at any time: upgrades immediately, downgrades at your next billing date. If you cancel, production files and templates stay available for export for 90 days.
