Onboarding, spec control, order intake and commercial terms, answered.
Ask us anythingThree things: your product catalog, your print specs per decoration method, and your artwork templates. You send them once in whatever format you already keep them in, and we map them into the Product Hub. No integration work, no data cleanup project, and no changes to how your systems run today.
Ours. We do the mapping from the files you send, and most suppliers onboard without any development work on their side. XD Connects had 650 products live 3.5 weeks after standardizing reseller input, and Giving Europe got the large majority of 1,600 plus models production-ready automatically. Your team supplies the specs and checks the result.
No, it feeds it. The Logo Editor can run on your own site so your visitors personalize on your product pages, with the production file coming out the other end. The Product Hub is a separate route that puts your catalog in front of 84 ecommerce resellers already ordering through FastEditor. Your direct channel and your reseller channel run on the same specs.
No. You define them, you own them, and you change them whenever you want. They are stored once in the Product Hub and applied automatically to every reseller order across the network, which is more control than you have today, when each reseller interprets your spec sheet themselves. A change you make propagates to every connected shop and every rep quoting your products.
As finished production files, routed into your workflow or ERP by API with no manual handling. Each arrives in the right format for the technique: color separations for screen print, stitch files for embroidery, high-resolution raster for DTG, and vector for engraving. Your prepress team receives work that is ready to run instead of files to inspect.
It does not get that far. Artwork is validated against your specs at the point of upload, including line thickness, color count and placement inside the marking area, so an off-spec file is rejected while the person who caused it is still there to fix it. Suppliers running this report 80% fewer corrections, and 99.95% of files come out production-ready.
Supplier participation is priced on the size of your catalog, not on your order volume, and it covers getting your products templated into the Product Hub. Under 50 products is €1,995 setup and €95 per month, 50 to 250 products is €4,995 setup and €395 per month, and over 250 products is €9,995 setup and €995 per month. There is no per-order fee and no commission on order value. The monthly maintenance keeps your specs, print areas and product data current as your range changes. This tariff is for catalog participation and does not cover running the editor on your own website, which is the separate reseller-style plan on the pricing page.
