Connected supplierGildan is a North American apparel manufacturer producing high-volume blank t-shirts, fleece, and basics for the print and decoration market.

Gildan is a vertically integrated activewear manufacturer founded in 1984 in Montreal, Canada by Glenn and Greg Chamandy, and it became one of the largest suppliers of blank T-shirts in North America. Its business is blanks made to be decorated, and its 25 product groups here cover core ranges such as Softstyle, Heavy Cotton and Ultra Cotton tees along with fleece.
High-volume blanks live or die on decoration set-up: the wrong colour count or an undersized logo shows up across a whole run. When a reseller uploads a logo on a Gildan product page, FastEditor vectorizes it automatically when vector output is required for the selected decoration technique, checks it against the garment's print area and the chosen method, previews it in place, and outputs a production-ready print file with a branded proof. Screen printers and embroiderers get artwork that is right the first time. When vector output is not required, vectorization may be recommended to improve quality but is optional.
Gildan garments are connected through the FastEditor Product Hub, so each blank carries the print-area and decoration data needed to validate artwork for apparel decoration.
The Gildan catalogue is available through the Product Hub for resellers across Europe.
Every product, with print positions and decoration methods attached, ready to drop into your webshop.

Yes. FastEditor generates a proof and a production file using the selected product and decoration technique’s configured supplier specifications. Raster logos are vectorized automatically when vector output is required; otherwise vectorization may be recommended and is optional. In Studio Tool, generate the files with Download. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The production format depends on the configuration and can be JPG, PNG, PDF or SVG. Embroidery DST output is currently in testing and is not yet available.
Yes. FastEditor validates the uploaded logo against the print area and method for each blank and produces a production-ready file with a branded proof, so a large decorated run starts from artwork that has already passed colour-count and placement checks. There is no manual prepress loop between the customer's upload and the print file.
