Overview

Malfini is a Czech apparel brand that has supplied promotional and workwear for more than 20 years across some 37 countries, organised into four labels: MALFINI, MALFINI Premium, RIMECK and the entry-level Piccolio. Its tees, pique polos and sweatshirts, including heavier pieces such as the 400 gsm Vibe Crew, run across 51 product groups connected to FastEditor.

On affordable basics, decoration cost and turnaround matter as much as the print itself. When a reseller's customer uploads a logo on a Malfini garment, FastEditor vectorizes it where the selected decoration technique requires vector output, validates it against that style's print area, colour count and line-weight limits, previews it on the garment and outputs a production-ready file with a branded proof, removing the manual prepress and correction loop.

How the integration works

Malfini garments reach resellers through the FastEditor Product Hub, each style carried with its own decoration areas and variant data.

  • Print areas: left chest, centre chest and back positions per garment, sized so a logo stays within the decorable area on tees, polos and sweatshirts.
  • Decoration methods: screen and transfer printing and embroidery, with the editor holding artwork to the colour count and detail limits of each method.
  • Product data and variants: Malfini's wide colour range and size options across all 51 product groups are held in the feed so the editor loads the current specification.

These Malfini product groups are available to resellers across Europe.

Artwork requirements

Decoration on Malfini cotton and blend knits needs artwork prepared to the method:

  • Vector artwork. Logos are vectorized when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, so edges stay clean at chest and back size.
  • Colour count. Colour count is held to the print method chosen for the garment.
  • Line thickness. FastEditor provides an indication to help the user assess fine detail against the selected product and decoration technique’s requirements. Thin lines are not automatically corrected. Follow the supplier’s requirement for that configuration rather than a single minimum for every product.
  • Fine detail. For embroidery, detail is checked against what stitching can reproduce.
  • Proof preview. The proof previews the logo on the garment colour before the order is confirmed.

How to start selling

  1. Start from the connected catalogue. Every Malfini product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications. Product configuration is already done. To start in Studio Tool, create an account and choose a plan; the Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial. For Logo Editor, activate a FastEditor license and complete the webshop integration setup.
  2. Choose how you sell. Put products on your webshop with the Logo Editor so customers personalise them, or keep them in the Studio Tool for your sales and account teams.
  3. The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
  4. Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.
