Overview

Spoke Custom is a US print-on-demand decorator and one of the largest hard-good personalisation operations in the promotional industry, producing drinkware, branded merchandise, corporate gifts and apparel from brands such as CamelBak, Arctic Zone and Mophie. It runs on-demand fulfilment with no minimums, API and order-desk ordering, and fast turnaround for promotional, ecommerce, retail and corporate gifting programs.

At that volume, every product personalised by hand is prepress time that does not scale. FastEditor places a customer's logo inside the real decoration area for the selected Spoke Custom product, vectorizes raster uploads automatically when the chosen decoration technique requires vector output, and validates placement, colour count and line weight against the product and method before producing a production-ready file and a branded proof.

How the integration works

Spoke Custom's catalogue spans hard goods and apparel, so the decoration area and method change from one product to the next.

  • Print areas. Each product carries its own decorable positions and sizes, so a design stays inside what the item can physically take.
  • Decoration methods. Pad and screen print, laser engraving, embroidery, DTF and digital print each carry their own colour and detail limits, and artwork is checked accordingly.
  • Product data and variants. Colours and sizes flow through as structured variants, so a logo previews on the exact product being ordered.

The Spoke Custom catalogue is connected through the FastEditor Product Hub for resellers and gifting programs in the US market.

Artwork requirements

Spoke Custom decorates across hard goods and apparel, so artwork is prepared for the material and method of the selected product.

  • Vector artwork. Vector logos where possible; FastEditor vectorizes raster uploads when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, so pad-print, engraving and stitch output stays clean.
  • Placement and size. Each position carries its own size and detail limits for the chosen product.
  • Colour count. Screen and pad print are held to a defined colour count, with brand colour matching confirmed on the proof.
  • Engraving and embroidery. Laser engraving renders a single tone and embroidery renders as stitches, so fine detail is kept above the method minimum.
  • Proof preview. The logo is previewed on the ordered product before the order is confirmed.

How to start selling

  1. Start from the connected catalogue. Every Spoke Custom product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications. Product configuration is already done. To start in Studio Tool, create an account and choose a plan; the Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial. For Logo Editor, activate a FastEditor license and complete the webshop integration setup.
  2. Choose how you sell. Put products on your webshop with the Logo Editor so customers personalise them, or keep them in the Studio Tool for your sales and account teams.
  3. The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
  4. Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.

Frequently asked questions

What Spoke Custom products can I offer through FastEditor?

Spoke Custom drinkware, branded merchandise, corporate gifts and apparel are connected through the FastEditor Product Hub with their decoration areas and methods attached, so a customer's logo is validated against the exact product before a proof is produced.

Which Spoke Custom decoration methods does FastEditor support?

The methods mapped for Spoke Custom include pad printing, screen printing, laser engraving, embroidery, DTF and digital print. Each product carries the methods available for it, with the colour and line-weight limits that method imposes.

Do Spoke Custom orders produce a print-ready file automatically?

Yes. FastEditor generates a proof and a production file using the selected product and decoration technique's configured supplier specifications. Raster logos are vectorized automatically when vector output is required; otherwise vectorization may be recommended and is optional. In Studio Tool, generate the files with Download. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The production format depends on the configuration and can be JPG, PNG, PDF or SVG. Embroidery DST output is currently in testing and is not yet available.

Is Spoke Custom suited to on-demand and no-minimum orders?

Yes. Spoke Custom runs print-on-demand fulfilment with no minimums, and FastEditor prepares a production-ready file per order, so a single personalised item is validated and produced to the same specification as a bulk run.
