Overview

Halfar System is a German manufacturer of bags, backpacks and luggage, based in Bielefeld, producing promotional and corporate bags for the European B2B market. Bags are a decoration category of their own: a print area that wraps a curved or padded surface, a choice between embroidery, transfer and screen printing, and a logo that has to sit correctly on a front pocket or panel. Bag decoration has its own constraints, and FastEditor validates a logo against the rules for the chosen product and method before a production file is generated. The checks that run on each upload:

Method limits. Embroidery, transfer and screen printing each carry their own limits on detail, colour and minimum size, enforced for the position.
Colour counts. Screen printing is priced and produced by number of colours, so an over-colour logo is caught before it reaches production.
Placement and size. The logo is held inside the real decoration area for that bag, sized to the panel rather than scaled past it.
File formats. Customers upload JPG, PNG, PDF, AI or EPS. Raster logos are vectorized when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, producing clean paths for embroidery digitising or print; when it does not, vectorization is optional.
Colour matching. Uploads convert to the colour space the method needs, with brand colour matching where the method supports it.

How to start selling
