Overview

MAXIM is a Polish promotional-ceramics manufacturer based at Maksymilianowo near Wolkowo, with a range that runs from porcelain and sublimation mugs to the Galaxy thermal mugs and bottles, glass drinkware and the Candlesphere line of promotional candles. Across these collections, 111 product groups are connected to FastEditor.

Curved ceramic, glass and thermal surfaces each wrap artwork differently and carry different decoration methods, from sublimation to laser engraving and direct UV. When a reseller's customer uploads a logo on a MAXIM product, FastEditor vectorizes it where the selected decoration technique requires vector output, validates it against that item's print area and method limits, previews it wrapped on the shape and outputs a production-ready file with a branded proof.

How the integration works

MAXIM items reach resellers through the FastEditor Product Hub, each carried with its own decoration area and method data.

  • Print areas: the wrap area of mugs and bottles and the face of glasses and candles, mapped per model so a logo sits correctly on a curved surface.
  • Decoration methods: sublimation, direct UV print and laser engraving across ceramic, glass and thermal items, with artwork held to each method's colour and detail limits.
  • Product data and variants: capacity, colour and finish options across all 111 product groups are held in the feed.

These MAXIM product groups are available to resellers across Europe.

Artwork requirements

Ceramic, glass and thermal surfaces need artwork matched to the decoration method:

  • Vector artwork. Logos are vectorized when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, so edges stay clean when wrapped around a mug or bottle.
  • Resolution. For full-colour sublimation, artwork is checked for resolution across the wrap area.
  • Decoration methods. For laser engraving, the logo is reduced to a single-tone mark that engraves cleanly.
  • Colour count. Colour count and minimum line weight are held to the method chosen for the item.
  • Proof preview. The proof previews the logo on the product shape before the order is confirmed.

How to start selling

  1. Start from the connected catalogue. Every MAXIM Ceramics product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications, so there is nothing to set up on your side.
  2. Choose how you sell. Put products on your webshop with the Logo Editor so customers personalise them, or keep them in the Studio Tool for your sales and account teams.
  3. The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
  4. Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.
