How PI Design (Passot Innovation) put its catalog online with a semi-automatic feed, and gave resellers a self-service Logo Editor with full visualization.

PI Design (Passot Innovation) is a French manufacturer and supplier of promotional products, from drinkware to everyday branded items, selling exclusively through a network of resellers and distributors, based in Le Coteau (Roanne). With FastEditor, Passot's own team runs the catalog: products arrive through a semi-automatic feed, and the team enriches, configures and even builds 3D models for them directly in the product-configuration tool. And Passot has connected the FastEditor Logo Editor to its own website, so its resellers can personalize products and preview a customer's logo on them, before Passot's own studio prepares the formal proof.

Passot needed a solution that could:
1. A semi-automatic feed into the Product Hub
Passot's products are imported into the FastEditor Product Hub through an API-based feed, so the bulk of the catalog lands automatically instead of being keyed in product by product. When items are discontinued upstream, Passot flags them and FastEditor clears them from the Hub, keeping the live range clean.
2. A Logo Editor connected to Passot's website for resellers
Passot has integrated the FastEditor Logo Editor directly into its own website. Resellers can now upload a logo and see it fully visualized on the product, a quick way to show their customer what the branded item will look like, before Passot's own studio prepares and approves the formal proof (bon à tirer). It turns what used to be a manual, back-and-forth preview step into instant self-service.
3. Self-service enrichment in the product-configuration tool
Through the FastEditor Product Configuration Tool, Passot's project team edits products, fills in missing data and manages what's live themselves, no waiting. The team works to a consistent product-image spec and uses the inline editing tools to keep products accurate.
4. In-house 3D visualization
Passot's design team builds and maps 3D models for products such as their cups, including translucent and opaque finishes and color variations, testing them in the FastEditor playground before connecting them to live products.
5. A branded preview, not a proof
FastEditor recreated Passot's branding as a lightweight preview shown to customers ahead of the real print proof, deliberately distinct from a formal “bon à tirer”, which Passot fine-tuned themselves using FastEditor's print-proof developer documentation.

With FastEditor, Passot moved from a manual catalog to a system its own team, and its resellers, operate:
