Overview

Promo Sneakers is a Dutch maker of fully custom promotional sneakers, based in Woerden and producing in China and Portugal, with a premium sustainable line made in Europe. Its range covers canvas low-top and high-top business sneakers such as the best-selling Porto and the Lagos, in sizes 32 to 49 and from a minimum of five pairs. Three Promo Sneakers product groups are connected to FastEditor.

A sneaker is a demanding print surface: full-colour, all-over designs and logos on the sidewall, toe lip or heel all have to sit correctly on a curved, panelled shoe. When a reseller's customer uploads a logo on a Promo Sneakers product, FastEditor vectorizes it where the selected decoration technique requires vector output, validates it against the shoe's print area and resolution, previews it in place and outputs a production-ready file with a branded proof.

How the integration works

Promo Sneakers products reach resellers through the FastEditor Product Hub, each model carried with its own print areas and variant data.

Print areas: the sidewall, toe lip and heel of each model, plus full all-over coverage where the shoe supports it, mapped so a logo stays within the printable area.
Decoration methods: full-colour digital printing across the canvas upper, with the editor checking resolution and placement for the chosen model.
Product data and variants: model, colour and sizes from 32 to 49 across all three product groups are held in the feed.

Artwork requirements

Custom sneakers print best from clean artwork prepared for a curved, panelled surface:

Vector artwork. Logos are vectorized when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, so edges stay sharp across the sidewall, toe and heel.
Resolution. For full all-over designs, artwork resolution is checked against the print area of the upper.
Placement and size. Placement is confirmed on the sidewall, toe lip or heel, clear of seams and eyelets.
Line thickness. FastEditor provides an indication to help the user assess fine detail against the selected product and decoration technique’s requirements. Thin lines are not automatically corrected. Follow the supplier’s requirement for that configuration rather than a single minimum for every product.
Proof preview. The proof previews the design on the shoe before the order is confirmed.

How to start selling

Start from the connected catalogue. Every Promo Sneakers product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications. The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.
