Earline is a promotional products and corporate gifts supplier serving the European market, with 21 product groups in its range. Its catalogue sits in the branded-merchandise category, where an order can move across very different materials and decoration surfaces from one item to the next.

A mixed gift range is where artwork errors multiply: the same logo has to work on hard and soft surfaces, in different print areas and colour limits. When a reseller uploads a logo on an Earline product page, FastEditor vectorizes it automatically when vector output is required for the selected decoration technique, validates it against that item's print area and decoration method, previews it in place, and outputs a production-ready print file with a branded proof. One upload, checked per item, with no manual prepress. When vector output is not required, vectorization may be recommended to improve quality but is optional.

Earline products are connected through the FastEditor Product Hub, so each item carries the print-area and decoration data needed to check artwork automatically across a varied gift range.

Print areas: held per item, so a logo is validated inside the true decoration window of each product rather than a generic frame.
Decoration methods: matched per product across common promotional techniques such as pad print, screen print, laser engraving, UV print and embroidery, so colour count and line weight are checked for the right method.
Product data and variants: colours, sizes and material finishes flow through with each product group, so the proof reflects the exact variant ordered.

Because an Earline order can span several materials and methods, clean, adaptable artwork keeps every item production-ready:

Vector artwork. Vector logos where possible; FastEditor vectorizes uploaded raster files when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, so a mark holds detail on both hard and textile surfaces.
Colour count. A version that reads at a low colour count, for methods such as pad print, engraving or single-colour screen print.
Fine detail. Fine lines and small text kept above the minimum weight, so detail survives on small promotional items.
Bleed and margins. Artwork sized to each item's print area, so it stays inside the safe zone as the product changes.

How to start selling

Start from the connected catalogue. Every Earline product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications. Product configuration is already done. Choose how you sell. Put products on your webshop with the Logo Editor so customers personalise them, or keep them in the Studio Tool for your sales and account teams.
The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.
