Connected supplierSamsonite is a global premium luggage and bag brand offering a comprehensive range of travel and corporate bag solutions across European markets.
Samsonite has built luggage since 1910, when Jesse Shwayder started the business in Denver, Colorado, adopting the Samsonite name in 1941. Today the brand is known worldwide for durable suitcases, briefcases and bags. Four Samsonite product groups are connected on the FastEditor Product Hub, covering the business backpacks and travel bags most often used for corporate gifting.
FastEditor prepares artwork for the selected Samsonite product using its configured print area, decoration technique and supplier requirements. Raster logos are vectorized automatically when the selected decoration technique requires vector output. When vector output is not required, FastEditor may recommend vectorization to improve quality, but it is optional. The editor previews the design in position and provides a proof and configured production file. Line thickness is shown as an indication. In Logo Editor, Sale Notification triggers production-file generation after the customer places the order.

Raster logos are vectorized automatically when vector output is required; otherwise vectorization may be recommended and is optional. In Studio Tool, generate the files with Download. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The production format depends on the configuration and can be JPG, PNG, PDF or SVG. Embroidery DST output is currently in testing and is not yet available.
Logos on Samsonite backpacks and travel bags are placed within a defined decoration area on the fabric panel. Whatever a customer uploads is vectorized automatically when vector output is required for the selected decoration technique and checked against that area, the colour count and the minimum line width, so the branding is production ready and previewed accurately before the order is confirmed. When vector output is not required, vectorization may be recommended to improve quality but is optional.
