Overview

Onna by Premier is Premier's healthcare uniform line, built for medical, care and clinical settings. Its range covers 4 product groups, from stretch tunics such as Limitless, Invincible and Unstoppable to cargo trousers and joggers, most cut from the brand's Onna-Stretch fabric for movement through long shifts.

For resellers, branding healthcare workwear means embroidery and transfer that hold up to repeated industrial washing. FastEditor lets a customer upload a practice or clinic logo, vectorizes it automatically when vector output is required for the selected decoration technique, and checks it against each garment's decoration area before anything reaches production, so a tunic order goes to stitching or transfer without a prepress correction loop. When vector output is not required, vectorization may be recommended to improve quality but is optional.

How the integration works

Onna by Premier is connected through the FastEditor Product Hub, so its catalogue reaches your storefront ready for on-garment personalisation.

  • A customer uploads a logo onto an Onna tunic or trouser and FastEditor vectorizes it automatically when vector output is required for the selected decoration technique for clean stitching or transfer output. When vector output is not required, vectorization may be recommended to improve quality but is optional.
  • The artwork is validated against the garment's decoration method and area, checking colour count, line weight and resolution.
  • FastEditor previews the logo in place on the product and generates a branded proof plus a production-ready file.

The full Onna by Premier range is available to resellers across Europe through the FastEditor Product Hub.

Artwork requirements

Onna garments are usually decorated with embroidery or heat transfer on stretch fabric, so artwork should survive repeated healthcare laundering. FastEditor validates each upload before output.

  • Vector artwork. Supply logos as vector where possible; FastEditor vectorizes raster uploads when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, for a crisp stitch or transfer edge.
  • Fine detail. Fine lines and small text are flagged against embroidery limits on stretch fabric, where thin strokes can distort.
  • Colour count. Colour counts are checked so a print or thread specification stays within the chosen method.
  • Placement and size. Placement is confirmed inside the tunic or garment decoration area, away from seams and stretch panels.
  • Resolution. Resolution is checked so transfers stay sharp at the required size.

How to start selling

  1. Start from the connected catalogue. Every Onna by Premier product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications. Product configuration is already done. To start in Studio Tool, create an account and choose a plan; the Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial. For Logo Editor, activate a FastEditor license and complete the webshop integration setup.
  2. Choose how you sell. Put products on your webshop with the Logo Editor so customers personalise them, or keep them in the Studio Tool for your sales and account teams.
  3. The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
  4. Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.

Which Onna by Premier decoration methods does FastEditor support?

The methods mapped for Onna by Premier include screen printing, embroidery, transfer printing, digital print. Each product carries the methods available for it, with the colour and line-weight limits that method imposes.

Do Onna by Premier orders produce a print-ready file automatically?

Raster logos are vectorized automatically when vector output is required; otherwise vectorization may be recommended and is optional. In Studio Tool, generate the files with Download. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The production format depends on the configuration and can be JPG, PNG, PDF or SVG. Embroidery DST output is currently in testing and is not yet available.

Will logos survive healthcare washing on Onna workwear?

Durability comes from the decoration method and the garment, but FastEditor helps by checking artwork against the print method, line weight and decoration area first. That keeps stitched or transferred logos within spec on Onna-Stretch fabric, reducing the risk of distortion before an order is produced.
