Overview

Next Level Apparel has produced premium blank apparel since 2003 from Southern California, built around soft, retail-quality knits such as the 3600 crew in 100% combed ring-spun cotton at 145 gsm and the sublimation-ready 6200 Festival tee in a poly-cotton blend. Its range of tees and related blanks makes up 66 product groups connected to FastEditor.

Decorators choose Next Level for print-ready fabric, and clean artwork is what keeps that quality on the finished garment. When a reseller's customer uploads a logo on a Next Level style, FastEditor vectorizes it where the selected decoration technique requires vector output, validates it against that garment's print area, colour count and line-weight limits, previews it on the product and outputs a production-ready file with a branded proof.

How the integration works

Next Level Apparel garments reach resellers through the FastEditor Product Hub, each style carried with its own decoration areas and variant data.

  • Print areas: left chest, centre chest and back positions per garment, sized so a logo stays within the decorable area.
  • Decoration methods: screen and transfer printing and, where suited, sublimation on poly-cotton blends, with artwork held to each method's colour and detail limits.
  • Product data and variants: fabric, fit, size and colour options across all 66 product groups are held in the feed.

These Next Level Apparel product groups are available to resellers across Europe and North America.

Artwork requirements

Soft ring-spun and blended knits need artwork prepared to the print method:

  • Vector artwork. Logos are vectorized when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, so edges stay clean at chest and back size.
  • Colour count. Colour count is held to the print method chosen for the garment.
  • Line thickness. FastEditor provides an indication to help the user assess fine detail against the selected product and decoration technique’s requirements. Thin lines are not automatically corrected. Follow the supplier’s requirement for that configuration rather than a single minimum for every product.
  • Resolution. For sublimation on poly-cotton, artwork resolution is checked across the print area.
  • Proof preview. The proof previews the logo on the garment colour before the order is confirmed.

How to start selling

  1. Start from the connected catalogue. Every Next Level Apparel product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications. Product configuration is already done. To start in Studio Tool, create an account and choose a plan; the Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial. For Logo Editor, activate a FastEditor license and complete the webshop integration setup.
  2. Choose how you sell. Put products on your webshop with the Logo Editor so customers personalise them, or keep them in the Studio Tool for your sales and account teams.
  3. The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
  4. Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.
