Overview

Lemon & Soda has been a Dutch apparel brand since 1979, run from Zoeterwoude, with a range built for corporate and workwear use across Originals basics, the more refined DeLuxe line and the moisture-wicking Everywear collection. Its cotton and cotton-polyester tees, polos and sweaters, some with elastane for stretch, make up 76 product groups connected to FastEditor.

Garment decoration lives or dies on placement and on how artwork sits on knitted fabric. When a reseller's customer uploads a logo on a Lemon & Soda style, FastEditor vectorizes it where the selected decoration technique requires vector output, validates it against that garment's decoration area and its limits, previews it on the product and returns a production-ready file with a branded proof, so no manual prepress step stands between order and production.

How the integration works

Lemon & Soda garments reach resellers through the FastEditor Product Hub, each style carried with its own decoration areas and variant data.

  • Print areas: left chest, centre chest and back positions per garment, sized so a logo stays within the decorable area on tees, polos and sweaters.
  • Decoration methods: screen and transfer printing and embroidery, with the editor holding artwork to the colour count, stitch detail and minimum line weight each method allows.
  • Product data and variants: size, colour and fit options across all 76 product groups are held in the feed so the editor loads the current specification.

These Lemon & Soda product groups are available to resellers across Europe.

Artwork requirements

Decoration on cotton and cotton-polyester knits needs artwork prepared to the method:

  • Vector artwork. Logos are vectorized when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, so edges stay clean when scaled to chest or back size.
  • Colour count. Colour count is held to the print method chosen for the garment.
  • Line thickness. FastEditor provides an indication to help the user assess fine detail against the selected product and decoration technique’s requirements. Thin lines are not automatically corrected. Follow the supplier’s requirement for that configuration rather than a single minimum for every product.
  • Fine detail. For embroidery, fine detail is checked against what stitching can reproduce.
  • Proof preview. The proof previews the logo on the garment colour before the order is confirmed.

How to start selling

  1. Start from the connected catalogue. Every Lemon & Soda product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications. Product configuration is already done. To start in Studio Tool, create an account and choose a plan; the Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial. For Logo Editor, activate a FastEditor license and complete the webshop integration setup.
  2. Choose how you sell. Put products on your webshop with the Logo Editor so customers personalise them, or keep them in the Studio Tool for your sales and account teams.
  3. The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
  4. Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.
