Overview

Araco International is a promotional textile decorator and merchandise supplier based in Enschede, in the east of the Netherlands. It combines in-house screen printing and embroidery with its own product brands, including Brickstone, Sophie Muval, Niltons, Black Spider and Sprintex, and covers polo shirts, sweaters, jackets, trousers, caps, towels, bags and safety wear across 70 product groups. Sustainability sits at the centre of how it sources and produces.

That range mixes flat textiles, structured caps and workwear, so a single logo has to hold up as screen print on a jersey polo and as embroidery on a heavier jacket. FastEditor removes the prepress guesswork: a customer uploads a logo on the product page, it is vectorized automatically when vector output is required for the selected decoration technique, then validated against that product and decoration method for print area, colour count and line weight before a production-ready file and branded proof are generated. When vector output is not required, vectorization may be recommended to improve quality but is optional.

How the integration works

Araco's Product Hub connection spans decorated textiles, caps and promotional accessories, each with its own decoration constraints.

  • Print areas: Print areas are held per product, from the small front panel of a cap to the wider chest and back zones on polos, sweaters and jackets.
  • Decoration methods: Screen printing and embroidery are Araco's core methods, so artwork is checked for spot-colour separation on print and for stitchable detail on embroidery.
  • Product data and variants: Colours, sizes and brand lines such as Brickstone and Sophie Muval flow through as structured variants, so the right print area loads for the item a customer selects.

These 70 product groups are available through the FastEditor Product Hub for resellers across Europe.

Artwork requirements

Because Araco decorates everything from soft knits to structured caps and workwear, artwork needs to suit the method the customer picks.

  • Line thickness. FastEditor provides an indication to help the user assess fine detail against the selected product and decoration technique’s requirements. Thin lines are not automatically corrected. Follow the supplier’s requirement for that configuration rather than a single minimum for every product.
  • Colour count. For screen printing on polos and tees, keep to a defined spot-colour count and supply solid, separable colours rather than gradients.
  • Bleed and margins. On flat print areas, allow a safe margin inside the print zone so no element sits on a seam or hem.
  • Vector artwork. Vector logos vectorize cleanly, while low-resolution raster files are flagged before they reach production.
  • Placement and size. On caps, position artwork for the small curved front panel rather than a full-width layout.

How to start selling

  1. Start from the connected catalogue. Every Araco International product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications. Product configuration is already done. To start in Studio Tool, create an account and choose a plan; the Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial. For Logo Editor, activate a FastEditor license and complete the webshop integration setup.
  2. Choose how you sell. Put products on your webshop with the Logo Editor so customers personalise them, or keep them in the Studio Tool for your sales and account teams.
  3. The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
  4. Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.

Frequently asked questions

What Araco International products are available through FastEditor?

Araco's catalogue is connected through the FastEditor Product Hub as 70 product groups, spanning polo shirts, sweaters, jackets, trousers, caps, towels, bags and safety wear, including its own lines such as Brickstone, Sophie Muval, Niltons, Black Spider and Sprintex. Each group carries its print areas and decoration methods, so logos are validated against the exact item.

Which Araco International decoration methods does FastEditor support?

The methods mapped for Araco International include pad printing, screen printing, digital print, doming, laser engraving. Each product carries the methods available for it, with the colour and line-weight limits that method imposes.

Do Araco International orders produce a print-ready file automatically?

Yes. FastEditor generates a proof and a production file using the selected product and decoration technique’s configured supplier specifications. Raster logos are vectorized automatically when vector output is required; otherwise vectorization may be recommended and is optional. In Studio Tool, generate the files with Download. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The production format depends on the configuration and can be JPG, PNG, PDF or SVG. Embroidery DST output is currently in testing and is not yet available.

Can FastEditor handle both screen print and embroidery for Araco items?

Yes. Araco decorates in-house with both screen printing and embroidery, and FastEditor validates a customer's logo against whichever method the selected product uses. For embroidery it checks stitchable line weight and detail, and for screen print it checks colour count and print area, so the proof reflects how that specific item will actually be decorated.
