Overview

Robey is a Dutch teamwear brand that kits out football, tennis, padel and gym teams from amateur divisions up to the Eredivisie, with partnerships including N.E.C. Nijmegen, NAC Breda and Sparta Rotterdam. Its catalogue covers 22 product groups, from match and training kit in lines such as Performance 2.0, Crossbar and Control to baselayers and accessories.

Squad orders demand consistent crests, names and numbers across dozens of garments. FastEditor lets a customer upload a club crest or sponsor logo, vectorizes it automatically when vector output is required for the selected decoration technique, and validates it against each garment before output, so a full team order reaches print or transfer without a manual prepress round. When vector output is not required, vectorization may be recommended to improve quality but is optional.

How the integration works

Robey is connected through the FastEditor Product Hub, so its teamwear catalogue reaches your storefront ready for club and team personalisation.

  • A customer uploads a club crest or sponsor logo onto a Robey garment and FastEditor vectorizes it automatically when vector output is required for the selected decoration technique. When vector output is not required, vectorization may be recommended to improve quality but is optional.
  • The artwork is validated against the garment's print method and decoration area, including colour count and line weight.
  • FastEditor previews the branding in place and generates a branded proof with a production-ready file.

The Robey range is available to resellers across Europe through the FastEditor Product Hub.

Artwork requirements

Robey kit is typically decorated with heat transfer, print or embroidery on performance fabric. FastEditor validates each upload against the method before output.

  • Vector artwork. Raster crests are vectorized when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, for clean transfer or stitch edges.
  • Colour count. Colour counts are checked so multi-colour crests and sponsor logos stay within the chosen method.
  • Fine detail. Fine lines and small text are flagged where they fall below transfer or embroidery limits.
  • Placement and size. Placement is confirmed inside the garment's decoration area, clear of seams and mesh panels.
  • Resolution. Resolution is validated so sponsor logos stay sharp across the full squad size run.

How to start selling

  1. Start from the connected catalogue. Every Robey product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications. Product configuration is already done. To start in Studio Tool, create an account and choose a plan; the Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial. For Logo Editor, activate a FastEditor license and complete the webshop integration setup.
  2. Choose how you sell. Put products on your webshop with the Logo Editor so customers personalise them, or keep them in the Studio Tool for your sales and account teams.
  3. The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
  4. Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.
