Overview

PROACT is a technical sportswear brand made for sports clubs, teams and activewear resellers. Its catalogue covers 14 product groups, including sports polos, performance t-shirts, tracksuits, softshells and lightweight sports jackets built for training and matchday kit.

Team kit lives or dies on clean, consistent branding across a full squad order. FastEditor lets a customer upload a club crest or sponsor logo, vectorizes it automatically when vector output is required for the selected decoration technique, and validates it against each garment before output, so logos reach print or transfer without a manual prepress round. When vector output is not required, vectorization may be recommended to improve quality but is optional.

How the integration works

PROACT is connected through the FastEditor Product Hub, so its sportswear catalogue reaches your storefront ready for team and club personalisation.

  • A customer uploads a crest or sponsor logo onto a PROACT polo or jacket and FastEditor vectorizes it automatically when vector output is required for the selected decoration technique. When vector output is not required, vectorization may be recommended to improve quality but is optional.
  • The artwork is checked against the garment's print method and decoration area, including colour count and line weight.
  • FastEditor previews the branding in place and outputs a branded proof with a production-ready file.

The PROACT range is available to resellers across Europe through the FastEditor Product Hub.

Artwork requirements

PROACT sportswear is typically decorated with heat transfer, print or embroidery on performance fabric. FastEditor validates each upload against the method before output.

  • Vector artwork. Vector artwork is preferred; FastEditor vectorizes raster logos when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, for clean transfer or stitch edges.
  • Colour count. Colour counts are checked so multi-colour crests stay within the chosen decoration method.
  • Fine detail. Fine lines and small text are flagged where they fall below transfer or embroidery limits.
  • Placement and size. Placement is confirmed inside the garment's decoration area, clear of seams and mesh panels.
  • Resolution. Resolution is validated so sponsor logos stay sharp across the full size run.

How to start selling

  1. Start from the connected catalogue. Every PROACT® product in the FastEditor Product Hub already carries its print areas, decoration methods and specifications. Product configuration is already done. To start in Studio Tool, create an account and choose a plan; the Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial. For Logo Editor, activate a FastEditor license and complete the webshop integration setup.
  2. Choose how you sell. Put products on your webshop with the Logo Editor so customers personalise them, or keep them in the Studio Tool for your sales and account teams.
  3. The design happens in FastEditor. A logo drops onto the product inside the real decoration area, is checked against the colour and line-weight rules, and is previewed in place before anyone commits.
  4. Generate the proof and production file. In Studio Tool, use Download to generate the files for the selected product and decoration technique. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The proof and production file follow the selected supplier configuration.

Frequently asked questions

Can customers add team logos to PROACT garments through FastEditor?

Yes. PROACT is connected through the FastEditor Product Hub, so a customer can upload a club crest or sponsor logo onto a polo, tracksuit or jacket, preview it in place, and receive a branded proof. FastEditor vectorizes raster artwork when the selected decoration technique requires vector output, and validates it against the garment first.

Which PROACT® decoration methods does FastEditor support?

The methods mapped for PROACT® include screen printing, embroidery, transfer printing, digital print. Each product carries the methods available for it, with the colour and line-weight limits that method imposes.

Do PROACT® orders produce a print-ready file automatically?

Yes. FastEditor generates a proof and a production file using the selected product and decoration technique’s configured supplier specifications. Raster logos are vectorized automatically when vector output is required; otherwise vectorization may be recommended and is optional. In Studio Tool, generate the files with Download. In Logo Editor, the webshop sends a Sale Notification after the customer places the order to trigger file generation. The production format depends on the configuration and can be JPG, PNG, PDF or SVG. Embroidery DST output is currently in testing and is not yet available.

How does FastEditor handle multi-colour club crests on PROACT kit?

FastEditor reads the uploaded artwork and checks its colour count and line weight against the garment's decoration method. If a crest carries more colours or finer detail than the method allows, it is flagged before production, so the reseller resolves it up front rather than in a correction loop.
