Artwork requirements

Fashion-grade blanks reward clean decoration, and FastEditor validates a design against the rules for the chosen garment and method before any production file is generated. The checks that run on each upload:

  • Embroidery limits. Fine detail and small text that will not stitch cleanly are flagged in the editor, with a minimum text height and line weight enforced for the position.
  • Colour counts. Screen printing carries a maximum number of colours per position, caught before an over-colour logo reaches production.
  • Placement and size. The logo is held inside the real decoration area for that garment, so it stays consistent across every size in the order.
  • File formats. Customers upload JPG, PNG, PDF, AI or EPS. Automated vectorization turns the upload into clean paths ready for print or embroidery digitising.
  • Colour matching. Uploads convert to the colour space the method needs, with brand colour matching where the method supports it.
